How the current NBFC supplier website processes information.

Information and purposes
We process profile information, purchase requests, agreed rates, account-review details and payment destinations to operate supplier agreements, verify coin usage and handle manual payment requests. Passwords are hashed. EA credentials and payment destinations are encrypted; authorized operators may access information required for their work.
Providers
Vercel hosts the website and optional page measurement; Neon hosts the database. Cloudflare Turnstile processes security verification. With your separate account-upload consent and administrative approval, account details are transmitted to FutTransfer for paused registration. Those providers apply their own privacy practices.
Optional measurement
Page and action measurement is off until you enable it. Public measurement excludes private pages and strips query parameters; aggregate actions use a finite set of categories. Browser privacy signals are respected. Change your choice using Privacy preferences. Security and hosting logs are separate from optional measurement.
Retention and requests
EA submission credentials expire after 24 hours and are cleared by the cleanup process; expired rate-limit records are also cleaned. This does not delete credentials already sent to FutTransfer. Retention periods for profiles, accounting records, hosting logs and backups still require an operator decision. You may request access, correction or deletion through the published contact channels; identity and any applicable retention obligations must be assessed before acting.
Notice status
The operator identity, applicable jurisdiction, legal bases, retention schedule and international-transfer arrangements require confirmation. This operational notice is not a claim of legal compliance.
