NBFC COINS

Supplier preparation checklist

Keep purchase terms, account review and verified usage separate. This checklist helps you organize the questions and figures for a supplier request.

Before you submit a request

Record your platform, available coins, the maximum quantity you want considered and the amount you want to retain. A request and an accepted quote are different stages; do not assume that submitting a request activates selling.

Read the quote as an agreement

Check the quoted price per 100,000 coins, currency, quantity limit, expiry and terms before accepting. Keep the quoted rate separate from the balance shown in an account. Use the calculator below to check a hypothetical example.

Keep credentials out of general messages

Do not include account passwords, backup codes, payment details or screenshots containing private identifiers in notes or resource tools. Follow the private, authenticated account workflow shown in the supplier area.

Distinguish balance from verified usage

A coin balance, a request, an accepted quote and verified coins used describe different things. For an arithmetic example only: 250,000 verified coins at USD 4.00 per 100,000 equals USD 10.00. This is not a current NBFC rate or a verified transaction.

Understand the platform rules

EA’s official rules prohibit buying, selling and distributing Ultimate Team coins. Third-party participation does not remove those rules or establish permission from EA. Read the official rules before making a decision.

Sources and scope

The preparation steps describe the fields and distinctions visible in the NBFC supplier workflow. EA’s page is the source for its rules; FutTransfer’s help is a separate provider reference. Neither source is an endorsement of NBFC. Rules and provider workflows can change.
